“40 Turning 40” Project

A New Decade… A New Project! 

As I look around, all our lives look very different.  Single. Married.  Divorced. Re-married.  Kids.  No kids.  First career.  Second career.  15th career.  Oh, the places we’ve been!  

The Project:  I want to create a portrait collection.  “40 Women Turning 40:  Celebrating and Honoring This Stage of Our Lives in All Its Struggle and Glory”

Investment: I will be charging a $40 session fee for the first 40 women Turning 40 (in 2021) who sign up for this.  

Proceeds: All money from these session fees will go to an organization that supports Mental Health for Women:

Sometimes, we are so busy taking care of everyone else, that we forget to take care of ourselves.  

*You will have to sign a release form allowing me to use your photo and words in the book/my website/social media posts.  

Details: Each session will run roughly 15 minutes. All photoshoots will take place outdoors on Long Island.   I want this to be simple.  In nature.  I want you to wear whatever you want.  Dress.  Jeans.  Nude.  Make-up. No make-up.  

I want to see you.  The real you.  However you want to present yourself.  I will be shooting “40 Turning 40 Sessions” on these 4 dates:  

Saturday, September 18 starting at 5pm

Saturday, October 16 starting at 4pm (almost full)

New Date: Saturday, November 20 starting at 1pm

I am really excited about this!  I think this will be a beautiful way to start this next chapter.

Let’s celebrate it.  Let’s honor it.
